Teaching Activities

I really enjoy being involved in teaching, below I listed some activities. Through a parttime appointment as an education developer for the SUSA project I am developing course content for the MSc Technical Medicine and the BSc Medicine together with Myrthe van Haaften and Jifke Veenland.

Current Teaching

Advanced Image Processing (2024–now, MSc Technical Medicine, Erasmus MC): Junior Teacher

  • Lecture on “Deep Learning for Medical Image Segmentation”
  • Tutorial sessions

Machine Learning (2024–now, MSc Technical Medicine, Erasmus MC): Junior Teacher

  • Lectures on “Deep Learning” and “Convolutional Neural Networks”
  • Tutorial sessions
  • Administered the oral exam

Technical Education Track (2024–now, BSc Medicine, Erasmus MC): Junior Teacher

  • Tutorial sessions: “Evaluation of binary classifiers”
